When 90F Feels Good

This weekend we took a day trip, escaping Phoenix's 113F heat, to Prescott with Dhumal, Jennifer, and Lulu, all in the Prius. There was just enough room for a day trip. Lulu took up most of the hatchback area/sun room. She normally is stubborn and doesn't drink too much water like at dog parks but after simmering in the hatchback she drank a good amount, and this was before our hike through around Willow Lake. It was supposed to be a 3 mile trip but it was pretty warm (90F) and Lulu was giving us funny looks so we made it a bit shorter. Then we had lunch and headed into town. There we happened across a Bluegrass festival in the town square. This was more to Lulu's liking. Check out Lulu's new purple harness (the purple is for the Phoenix Suns of course).
