This was the aftermath at our neighborhood park:
Normally I scoff at the term monsoon for AZ, but this was a heckuva storm.
At 8pm the sky was lit with lightning. At 10:30 the rain started. At 11pm, the lights went, the boy woke up, and Lulu locked herself in the closet...I never thought I'd see a dog (who of course lacks an opposable thumb) turn a door knob.
