This year was a slow down for home renovation projects but we still made several small steps over the last 18 months and have a one big one to go (master bath).

Here's the run down:

1. Added window treatment to office.
2. Furnished Diego's room and replaced white fan/light with Ladybug one.
3. Continued replacement of plain flat bedroom doors with Arlington style ones plus new hardware.
4. Replaced master bedroom golden fan/light with cool palm frond version.
5. Added wood blinds on master bedroom window.
6. Painted guest bedroom tan with one green accent wall.
7. Installed new wood laminate flooring in guest bedroom (in March) and new quarter round molding (in Jan '09)
8. Finished install of fluted molding and rosettes on last window in laundry room.
9. Got a new AC unit on the roof.

Items 7 & 8 were finally pushed through with the acquisition of a brad nailer and air compressor, possibly the best time and frustration saver of any tool system.

And here it is, the big one is coming - it's already in motion. Here's a hint:
